Because wholesale cleaning orders may involve case quantities, chemicals, consumables and special procurement, return eligibility depends on the product and the written terms confirmed for the order.
Report problems promptly
Inspect shipments promptly after delivery. If items appear damaged, short, incorrect or defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order reference, SKU, quantity affected and supporting photos or carrier documentation when available. Freight damage should also be noted with the carrier where feasible.
Return authorization
Do not send merchandise back without written return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. Approved returns should be packaged securely and sent to the location provided in the authorization.
Condition requirements
Unless the product is defective or the shipment was incorrect, eligible merchandise generally must be unused, unopened, in resalable condition and in its original case packaging. Opened chemicals, used cleaning tools, PPE, hygiene products, custom or special-order items, clearance merchandise and goods with damaged or missing safety labels may be nonreturnable.
Refunds and credits
After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund or account credit will be processed according to the original commercial terms. Original freight, special handling and return shipping may be nonrefundable unless the return results from our confirmed shipping error or another obligation under applicable law.
Restocking
A reasonable restocking charge may apply to eligible discretionary wholesale returns when disclosed in the quotation, invoice or return authorization. We will not apply a restocking fee where prohibited by applicable law.
Order-specific terms
Manufacturer restrictions or special-order conditions can differ by product. If a written quotation or accepted order contains product-specific return terms, those terms control to the extent permitted by law.
