Wholesale shipping depends on destination, item type, case quantity, dimensions, weight, hazardous-material classification where applicable, carrier capacity and inventory availability. Shipping terms are therefore confirmed with the applicable quotation or order.
Processing and availability
Quoted lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Products may ship from different facilities or in multiple consignments when practical. Special-order, backordered or high-volume purchases may require additional lead time.
Parcel and freight shipping
Smaller orders may qualify for parcel-carrier service, while palletized, bulky or high-volume orders may move by less-than-truckload or other commercial freight. Delivery appointments, liftgate service, limited-access locations and inside delivery may involve additional charges.
Chemicals and restricted transportation
Some cleaning chemicals, aerosols, batteries or other products may be subject to carrier restrictions, special packaging, ground-only service or regulated transportation requirements. Availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that every shipping method or destination is available.
Delivery inspection
Customers should inspect shipments at delivery and note visible freight damage, shortages or irregularities on carrier paperwork where appropriate. Retain packaging and photograph damage when possible so a claim can be reviewed efficiently.
Address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable business address and for disclosing receiving limitations such as dock access, delivery hours or appointment requirements. Additional carrier charges caused by incorrect information or unavailable receiving access may be passed through when permitted by the order terms.

Transfer of title and risk of loss are governed by the shipping terms stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or invoice and by mandatory law. Do not rely on this general website page to determine the Incoterm or freight term for a specific transaction.
